Heatwave in London

Today it was about 33 celcius (~90 F) and to my dismay when I got into the office the AC was busted. The air conditioning systems in this country are few and faulty. I don't see why they don't import an AC system from Arizona, or somewhere in the midwest. London can't handle these high temps, since nobody is used to it, the city literally sweats. Old people die in their homes. The tracks of the underground buckle and fires erupt.
